How To Use It
Happy gut is very easy to use. Simply add the recommended daily amount to your existing diet.

How much should I use?
Please see recommended daily amounts under each product image. An intake of dietary fibre is recommended to be 30g per day but you should be getting fibre from a variety of sources. Any fibre product should be introduced gradually to minimise any upset to your stomach. Please ensure you are properly hydrated as fibre requires water to function properly in the gut.
